- When the order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email.
- Once your order has been packed at our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to your email with a package number so that you can follow your package.
When the goods arrive at the agent, you will receive a notification with a serial number that you provide with the agent. If your order has been divided into multiple packages, you will receive a notification and a package number for each package.
